Thank you, friends!

 My surgery went well, and now I'm able to write a little from a couch on my laptop. I've stopped taking the Norco which makes me throw up and keeps me in a medicinal fog. I appreciate all the sweet messages I received when I opened my email. Thank you, Meg, for telling everyone to pray for my recovery and send nice thoughts.

Today, I get the pleasure of venturing out to the grocery store and testing the waters in a Rascal. If you are not privy to the knowledge of this lovely vehicle, let me get you up to speed:

Oh, it is more fun, except it has an annoying BEEEEEP BEEEEP BEEEEEP sound that ALERTS the whole store that you are backing up. Urgh! Everyone stops what they're doing and mega-spolights you. Yeah...I try to hide behind some inconspicuous produce...

Thanks, Tamra! Oh, there was no racing down the aisles. Hubby had my six year old daughter in the race-car buggy and I had trouble keeping up with them. The high gear is very SLOW...tee hee!
